What should I do if my payment has not arrived?

1. Check that you submitted a payment request and met the £50 minimum payout.
2. Check the request status and your registered bank details in your Strictly Models account.
3. If your payment is overdue, submit a support ticket to our accounts team with the request date, amount and relevant platform.

Do not send passwords or full bank details in a public message. If Streamate pays you directly, check the payment status with Streamate.
