To update bank details, sign in to your Strictly Models account and open Payments. Use Add Bank Account to submit your updated details through the website.
After you update bank details
Check the information carefully before submitting another payment request. However, changing your details does not confirm which account the team will use for an existing request.
Can I update bank details with a payout pending?
Contact the accounts team and ask which details will be used. Explain that you have updated your bank information and identify the pending request. Do not create a second request just to test the change.

Get support securely
Submit a support ticket through your Strictly Models account. Include your username and a clear description of the problem. Never include your password or post your banking information publicly.
Keep your banking information private
Enter new details through your account page. If a message asking for bank information looks unfamiliar, open the website directly and ask the team to check it. Do not send full bank details in public comments or ordinary chat.
