An AdultWork group transfer statement entry records credits moved under the studio or group arrangement. It is separate from a bank payment made to you.

Check a group transfer statement entry

    1. Note the transfer date and amount on your AdultWork statement.
    2. Compare the entry with your Strictly Models available balance and payout history.
    3. If the figures do not match, send the accounts team the date, amount and your username.

A transfer is not a bank payment

The entry describes a movement of credits under the group arrangement. Check your payout history separately to see the status of a payment requested through Strictly Models.

Do not submit repeated requests for the same transfer. The minimum Strictly Models payout is £50.

    Further payment help

Follow our payout request guide to request payment. If a payment you expected has not arrived, use the missing-payment checklist.

Why a group transfer statement may differ from your payout

Compare the same account and period. Later earnings, earlier payments and pending requests can affect the figures. Your agreed rate also matters when converting credits into pounds. Ask accounts to check any mismatch rather than working out a bank payment from one transfer line alone.

    What to send accounts

Include your exact AdultWork username, transfer date, credit amount and any payment request reference. Explain which figures you are comparing and when you checked them. Keep passwords, one-time codes and full bank details out of the message.
