AdultWork on iPhone & iOS: How to Go Live and Set Available
If you use AdultWork on an iPhone or iPad, the main things to check are your webcam availability settings, browser access to your camera and microphone, and whether your account is ready to use DirectCam.
This guide covers the practical steps for iOS users and also explains what to check if AdultWork shows you as unavailable for webcam.
Can You Use AdultWork on an iPhone or iPad?
AdultWork’s DirectCam broadcaster is browser based. On iPhone and iPad, use an up-to-date supported browser and make sure the browser has permission to access your camera and microphone.
Browser and platform requirements can change, so if something stops working, check AdultWork’s current compatibility guidance rather than relying on old software instructions.
How to Set Yourself Available for Webcam on AdultWork
- Log in to your AdultWork account.
- Check that webcam services are enabled on your profile.
- Review your DirectCam or webcam settings and make sure you are shown as available when you intend to broadcast.
- Open the DirectCam broadcaster and allow access to your camera and microphone.
- Check that your video and audio are working before you start broadcasting.
If your profile still appears unavailable, check your account status and webcam service settings before troubleshooting the device itself.
AdultWork DirectCam on iPhone
When you open DirectCam on iOS, your browser may ask for permission to use the camera and microphone. Choose Allow when prompted.
If you previously blocked access, open your iPhone or iPad settings and review the camera and microphone permissions for the browser you use. Then reload the DirectCam page.
For broader browser and device setup help, see our AdultWork DirectCam setup guide.
How to Go Live on AdultWork
Once your profile is eligible, your webcam services are enabled and your device permissions are correct, open DirectCam and check your camera, microphone and connection before starting.
See our How to Go Live on AdultWork with DirectCam guide for the full broadcasting checklist.
What If AdultWork Says I Am Unavailable?
Check these points first:
- Your webcam services are enabled on your AdultWork profile.
- Your account is eligible to broadcast.
- Your availability settings match the times you intend to work.
- Your browser has camera and microphone access.
- You are using an up-to-date supported browser.
- Your internet connection is stable enough for live video.
If those are correct but you still cannot broadcast, use the troubleshooting steps in our DirectCam setup help.
AdultWork on iOS: Common Problems
Camera or microphone not working
Check your browser permissions in iOS settings, close any other app that may be using the camera or microphone, then reload DirectCam.
Black or frozen video
Close other apps and browser tabs, check your connection and try a lower video setting if the broadcaster provides that option.
Cannot start broadcasting
Make sure you are logged in, webcam services are enabled and your account is eligible to offer webcam services.
AdultWork works but DirectCam does not
This is often a browser permission, compatibility or connection issue rather than an account login issue. Start with the DirectCam setup guide linked above.
