Automatic Platform Balance via WhatsApp
Finished a shift and wondering how much you’ve earned? Our automatic platform balance via WhatsApp is designed for that moment. Strictly Models members can ask for their StripChat or Chaturbate balance on WhatsApp, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Send a question from the WhatsApp number linked to your Strictly Models payment profile and tell us which platform you mean. If we can verify your account and retrieve the figures, we’ll reply with your balance. You can ask after a stream, before making a payment request, or whenever you want to check where you stand.
How do I check my StripChat balance on WhatsApp?
Open your WhatsApp conversation with Strictly Models and send a message such as:
What’s my StripChat balance?
You can also ask, “How many StripChat tokens have I got?” There’s no special command to remember. A clear question that names your platform is enough.
To check Chaturbate instead, ask:
What’s my Chaturbate balance?
If you work on both StripChat and Chaturbate, always name the platform you want checked. You can send a separate question for each account. “How much have I got?” may not tell us which balance you mean.
Where we have the details needed to calculate it, your reply can include both tokens and an amount in pounds.
What do the token and pound figures mean?
The token figure helps you see the activity recorded for the platform you named. The pound figure, when available, uses the rate held for your account and the relevant payment records. It is there to help you understand the amount we can currently verify; it is not a new payment or a promise that a withdrawal has been approved.
If you have worked on more than one platform, ask about each separately. StripChat tokens and Chaturbate tokens belong to different accounts, so combining them in a single vague question could produce the wrong answer. If you think a recent shift, payment or bonus is missing, tell our team which platform and date you mean so we can review the right records.
Why might my platform screen show a different number?
A platform can display more than one type of figure, such as tokens earned, funds still being processed and an amount available for withdrawal. Your Strictly Models WhatsApp reply is based on the information we can verify for your account and on payments recorded by our team. Those figures may not refresh at precisely the same moment as the platform screen.
When comparing amounts, check that you are looking at the same platform, username and point in time. Also check whether you are comparing tokens with tokens or a pound amount with a pound amount. A recent payout or separate bonus can affect what you expect to see. If the difference remains, tell us the platform, the figure shown in your reply and the figure you expected. We can then check the source records and payment history. Avoid sharing passwords or full banking details in a screenshot.
Why does my WhatsApp number need to match?
Your earnings are private. Before sharing a balance, we need to match your message to the correct model account.
Check that the WhatsApp number on your Strictly Models payment profile is the number you’re using to message us. If you get a new number, update your profile. We may be unable to give you a balance from a number we cannot verify, even if you tell us your name.
Please also enter your exact StripChat or Chaturbate username in the comments box on the payment request page. Use the spelling shown on the platform. Your platform username may be different from your stage name or the name on your payment profile, so the exact details help us match the right records. If you are unsure which username is current, check your platform profile before sending another balance question.
Can new models ask for a balance?
Yes, but we must verify your account before sharing its figures. If you’re new to Strictly Models, make sure your payment profile has your current WhatsApp number and put your exact platform username in the payment request comments.
If you’ve changed your platform username, provide the new one. Similar-looking usernames can belong to different accounts, so we won’t guess which one is yours. Once your details have been checked and matched, ask for your balance again on WhatsApp.
Is a WhatsApp balance check the same as a payment request?
No. A WhatsApp balance reply gives you information we can verify from the available records. It does not submit a payment request, approve a request or mark a payment as made.
When you’re ready to request payment, continue to use the Strictly Models payment request page. Checking your balance first can help you understand your position, but the payment request is still a separate step. Our payments help section explains the payout process and answers common payment questions.
Platform figures and recorded payments may update at different times. If you’ve just finished a session or received a payment, we may need fresher records or a team check before giving you an accurate amount. Bonuses and other adjustments can also be recorded separately from platform tokens.
If a reply doesn’t look right, message us with the details so we can investigate.
What if I can’t get a verified balance?
If WhatsApp says your verified balance is unavailable, check these three things:
Your phone number: Are you messaging from the number saved on your Strictly Models payment profile?
Your platform: Did you say whether you mean StripChat or Chaturbate?
Your username: Have you entered your exact platform username in the payment request comments?
If your number has changed, update your payment profile and then ask again. If you work on more than one platform, send a new question naming the account you want checked.
If all your details are correct and your balance is still unavailable, our team can look into it. For your security, don’t ask someone else to message from their phone on your behalf. We can only share your balance after matching the message to your own account.
Where can I get more help?
You can read the Strictly Models FAQ for information about payment arrangements and model accounts. If you have changed your username, the model reminders page explains why telling the team helps us locate the right profile. These guides are useful alongside your WhatsApp balance reply, especially when you are checking a payout or updating your details.
If the balance still does not look right, send us the platform name and a short explanation of the difference. For more safety tips, read our creator payment security guide. Keep passwords, verification codes and bank details out of ordinary WhatsApp messages. We can tell you the appropriate way to resolve an account or payment question.
Ask whenever you need to
Models work at all hours. Your balance question shouldn’t have to wait until you can speak to someone during the day.
Keep your payment profile up to date, then message Strictly Models on WhatsApp with “What’s my StripChat balance?” or “What’s my Chaturbate balance?” If your account is verified and the figures are available, we’ll send you the information you need.
