The Strictly Models help centre brings together practical answers for models at every stage. Use the search box above to find an article by topic, or choose a section if you would rather browse. You can come back here whenever you need help with your account, a payment request, verification or getting ready to work.
Payments and balance questions
For payment questions, start with the payments section of the knowledge base. It explains how to request a payout and where to look if a payment needs checking. Asking for a balance and making a payment request are separate steps. If you are checking a StripChat or Chaturbate balance through WhatsApp, message from the number saved on your payment profile and name the platform you mean. Models who work on more than one platform should say which account they want checked.
Account access and verification
If you cannot sign in, use the account access guides before making another profile. Check that you are using the right login details and the correct account page. For verification, follow the instructions provided for your application and platform. Do not send a password in a support ticket or ordinary chat. If you have changed your phone number or platform username, update your payment profile so the team can match your details correctly.
