How do I check DirectCam session notifications?

Check DirectCam notifications in your AdultWork broadcaster to see the current session status. Watch the on-screen information as well as listening for alerts; a sound alone may not tell you that a session has changed.

• Keep the broadcaster visible and check the session status shown on screen.
• If alerts are silent, check the platform’s sound controls and your device volume.
• Check the active session mode and the platform’s charging information before relying on a payment.

Check payment information on the platform

A customer’s message is not proof that a payment has been made. Use the platform’s own records to check the session and payment information.

If notifications still do not work

Contact the team through the model portal. Include your platform, username and a description of the problem. Never send your password.
